1. When your waxpiece is finished you will receive a jpeg image via email of the piece for approval before shipment.

2. After approval , Redos are Limited to pieces only damaged in shipping.
(In order to collect an insurance claim, shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours.)

3. The nauture of the pieces will be imperfect, each piece is made with the highest level of skill and care, there will be air bubbles and slight flaws to the surface this is part of the medium.
